Job Title                             Early Years Worker

Location                             IRVINESTOWN and any other ARC HLC premises, subject to the requirements of ARC HLC and the delivery of its services.

Accountable to                Sure Start EYL / Team Lead

Hours of employment   30 hours per week  , term-time

Duration                            Permanent Post subject to funding

Salary                                 NJC Scale 3 Pt 6 25,989 pro rata

Pension                              6%

JOB PURPOSE

To provide high-quality care, learning, and support for children aged 0–4 and their families as part of the Sure Start programme, in line with the Minimum Standards for Childminding and Day Care (NI). This role promotes early learning, child development, and school readiness through inclusive and stimulating activities, delivered in partnership with parents, carers, and local professionals.
