Advanced Care Planning – SureStop Event

The ARC are hosting an event on Wednesday May 25^th at 7 pm in Mahon’s Hotel, Irvinestown.  The SURESTOP event is part of range of activities designed to look at the issue of Advance Care Planning.

We are piloting a game designed to encourage participants to look at planning for their own future. The fun event will enable participants to engage with this potentially sensitive but essential topic in a manner that will be non-threatening and hopefully enjoyable. By setting the conversation in a small group setting in a sociable context, we hope that participants will be enabled to carry on the conversation with those most important in their lives. Decisions can be related to personal, financial, legal and clinical.  You will find the evening both informative and fun.
