Community Health Synchronisation: (CoH-Sync) Locality Health and Well-being Hubs Project

The “Community Health Synchronisation: (CoH-Sync) Locality Health and Well-being Hubs Project” is being operated by ARC Healthy Living Centre in association with Oak Healthy Living Centre, Lakeland Community Care and Fermanagh Rural Community Network and has the aim of having a positive impact on the health and well-being of individuals and communities.

The project will focus on Physical Activity, Smoking, Alcohol, Nutrition, Mental Health Resilience, Health Literacy.

A team of trained Health Facilitators are engaging with Individuals from Enniskillen and West Fermanagh to provide them with a free, confidential and personal health and well-being plan.

For this project Fermanagh Rural Community Network have the role of establishing a Community Forum that is representative of the community within Enniskillen and West Fermanagh that will assist:

  •     – Promote the Project
  •     – Identify potential beneficiaries
  •     – Support project staff
  •     – Support project beneficiaries
  •     – Share learning across the Hub project and with other Hubs

Fermanagh Rural Community Network wish to invite you and / or other group representatives to an Information Session on this project and establishing a Community Forum, that is being held on;
