Rethink Resilience Programme

We are rolling out our Rethink Resilience Programme over the next few weeks. It aims to develop coping strategies and improve your wellbeing.

The programme focuses on:-

-How thoughts, beliefs and attitudes effect our feelings and behaviour

-Enhancing your coping skills for dealing with difficult problems

-Changing unhelpful thinking and behaviours

-Tools and techniques to create a happy and healthier lifestyle

Currently the programme will be delivered online over Zoom. We understand that online is not for everyone so cameras and mics can be kept off if you are more comfortable, however, we hope to deliver the programme to small groups once restrictions have been lifted.
