Baby Reflexology (4wks)

Baby reflexology is a 4-week non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on different points of the feet. It can be very relaxing and can help with many issues such as coughs, colds and constipation. The aim is to teach parents some simple reflexology techniques that can be used at home.
