Infant Massage 

A very enjoyable, relaxed 4 week programme designed to teach massage skills to parents/care-givers. Massage offers a wonderful opportunity for you to communicate with your child through loving touch. The benefits of massage include: improved interaction and bonding, relaxation, relief and stimulation.  Whilst incorporating massage as part of their baby’s routine, parents report in their little one, improved sleep patterns, relief from wind, colic and constipation as well increased confidence in their own understanding and ability to care for their child. It is worthy of note that baby massage is not recommended within the 72 hour period after vaccinations. Mats, oils and parent hand-outs covering all the strokes are provided at the class.  An amazing gift which you can continue to give your child on their journey to adulthood.
