So many good reasons to join us here at the ARC as part of the team!
We employ over 70 staff across a diverse range of health and social care programmes, in the community and in our outreach bases. Our teams work directly with individuals and groups within our community who face challenging life circumstances. Our aim is to help people to help themselves by providing direct support and enabling personal and community resilience to be built upon.
As an award-winning Social Enterprise organisation, one of the most important investments we make is into our people.
We have made a commitment to strive towards the very best in people management excellence and how to make The ARC Healthy Living Centre a great place to work. We have the leadership and culture that allows us to make a profound difference to how everyone feels about their work, their value, impact, and purpose.
Living to a set of values that are consistent with philosophies of The ARC has been fundamentally important in supporting and inspiring our people. We have worked hard to produce a set of values which support our culture, and we have recently launched our new Organisation in Action 2022, which underpins everything we do setting out our values, mission and Strategic Compass.
You could be part of this!
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Staff benefit from our attractive terms and conditions including competitive salary rates; excellent holiday allowance; a range of family friendly policies and generous pension provision at 6%. We are also keen to support professional development and offer opportunities for career progression.
