Job Title ARC Summer Scheme Leader in Charge
Location Base for this programme will be in Irvinestown.
Accountable to ARC Senior Management Team
Hours of Employment Up to 35 hours per week
Duration 7th July to 15th August 2025
Salary £24,294 pro rata
Pension 6%
The Summer Scheme Leader is responsible for creating an inviting, stimulating, and safe summer scheme environment. A strong, positive relationship between the Leaders, the wider ARC Team is vital to the success of the summer programme. The Summer Scheme Leader manages all operational aspects of the scheme, including scheduling, trip planning and preparation, expense tracking, training of youth workers / childcare staff corresponding with parents, and carers.
As a child-care professional, the Summer Scheme Leader is expected to contribute to a team-centred working environment that is friendly, respectful, open and honest. ARC staff work together to share ideas and to develop joint projects and activities.
