Mindfulness

We may not always have full control over our lives but mindfulness can help us work with our mind and our body & learn to live with more appreciation and less anxiety. Practising mindfulness will allow us to embark on a journey that will help us to live our life more fully & to be alive, at one with ourselves in each and every present moment.

Mindfulness allows us to become more aware of thoughts and feelings that we experience, Most of us have issues that we find hard to let go and mindfulness can help us deal with them more.

The ARC is running a mindfulness course starting Thursday 10th November at 10am; there is no requirement to register a place just come along, bring the body and the mind will follow..
